  • We had our dogs on the Banfield Wellness Plan over the last 10 years. We find it quite convenient that they email, mail, call or text you reminders that your pet is due for checkups and vaccinations. Heather at the front desk has been there for years and she and other staff members do a good job explaining the treatment cost/breakdowns, etc. They are always willing to work with their customers' budgets. We miss the older veterinarian that recently retired. The newer vets aren't quite the same but still do a fine job. We have also used PetSmart for grooming and obedience classes. It suits our needs just fine.
