  • I have to say I was pretty disappointed in our experience. We arrived for our appointment to shop for prom dresses and signed in. After that no one seemed to be able to help us. One girl was busy with a bride, so I was left to select dresses for my daughter and carry them around until I tracked down someone to start us a fitting room. I had to go track her down again to ask a question and she said my consultant could answer any questions. I explained we didn't have any one helping us and she had to take the consultant away from the bridal party to come and help. Apparently someone called in sick so they were short and we were fine to hunt the racks ourselves but it was definitely not what we had expected. We will try a different location with a bigger selection. This location is a Collection store. Not sure what that means exactly!
