  • I have never been treated so terribly in my life at a public place by a manager we decided to have a family night out and go bowling and we haven't been since it was bruinswick so we were very excited to try out the new bowlero when we arrive we were told it was an hour and 1/2 wait which was fine we my family of 6 sat at the bar and the bar tender was absolutely terrible his pants were sagging and all we wanted was water and wasn't give that when we get our lane we bowl for about 45 mins and still haven't been served and neither had any one around us been served we had been sent back and forth from the bar to our lane still not being served at this point my mother went to a passing server and ask why things were taking so long and the server girl agreed that they were behind and that we had a reason to be mad my mother came back and not even two second later this manager that had been rude all night followed my mother and told her that she was wrong for talking to the server it escalated fast and the manager ( a short dark haired white girl with shoulder length hair) started screaming at my mother and kept telling her to get out and when my mother said ok but we want our money back she refused and kept telling us to get out she later chased us out and called my mother a bitch and the threatened to call the cops and this is all recorded and I would be happy to share this with anyone that is questioning trying this new bowlero because it is a waste of time and money and I'm disgusted with how my family was treated and if I could give this place negative stars I definitely would
