I took my nephews here for a cousin's birthday yesterday. My one gripe is that I had literally no idea what was going on, and the kids working weren't helpful at all. I did our waivers and stood at the counter with my receipt and waited, waited, and waited. They didn't acknowledge me; one kid stopped talking for a second and looked at me and smiled and that was about it. My cousin finally came out and found us and we were finally let in.
I think this is better suited for kids that are just a little older; the 2 year old (and maybe it's because he's smaller for his size) was too afraid to get into any of the foam pits, swing, do the obstacles, etc. It was a Saturday afternoon so this place was crawling with teenagers and they definitely don't care if they run over the little kids. I'd rather come here when the kids are older and I can leave them to play without having to watch them like a hawk and chase them all over. The one nice thing is the platform surrounding all the trampolines so you can walk around and stay close. Overall it was okay, but I'll definitely wait until the boys are older to come back.
