I've always had good reviews for Peoria Nissan. I've been dealing with them for about 4 years, recently I got one of their coupons in the mail that says "discounted oil change or $15 Walmart card." I came in today to get my oil changed and my ignition looked at. When I needed a ride home they told me the "shuttle doesn't go that far". It's strange because I drove that far to come buy this Nissan from them when I purchased. I still wouldn't have given them bad reviews but on top of not allowing me to access the shuttle other customers enjoy... they didn't have any Walmart gift cards to honor the coupon that they had mailed to me. (They sent the direct marketing advertisement.) They told me to come back on Friday. It's really ironic that I would live "too far" for their shuttle but they want me to drive all the way back on another day to get the gift card. Shame on you Peoria Nissan! How many gift card advertisements do you mail out to people that you can't honor? That's just "customer service 101"
