  • Knowledgeable employees and vast selection of merchandise. I bought boots online to save some money. This was my first time buying shoes online. Luckily their return policy allows for mistakes. The first pair were a great deal but did not have high enough support for my build. I then went to the store and showed them the shoes I would like to exchange them for on my phone. The lady put them in to be switched out and even extended the initial discount which had since expired. She also provided some helpful recommendations on sizing. I should have listened closer as she was correct as the next pair were great but a tad too small. Next I returned to the store and tried on something similar and then had them put in to exchange for the same pair but one size up at the same price. Each time the boots arrived quickly and I now have what I was looking for at an affordable price. Thanks for the help!
