  • I called Jeff (the owner) based on the number of positive Yelp reviews his company has received. They are well deserved! He's a craftsman in every sense of the word and has an amazing customer service approach. His work was professional, candid, and without surprises. I would recommend A 1 Minute Key Service without hesitation. tl;dr I flew in at noon from out of state to take possession of a commercial space and found out upon arriving the property manager didn't re-key the space. Our equipment was arriving five hours later. I called Jeff and asked if he could take the job. He arrived in 30 minutes as scheduled. He first reviewed all access points and consulted on changes he'd recommend. Jeff then re-keyed seven locks and scheduled a follow up visit "at any time I needed" for the work he didn't have parts to complete. In and out in less than 90 minutes for exactly the price he quoted following the walk-through. No emergency fee, no add-ons, no up-sells. Quality work and exceptional service for an outstanding price! I'm a "Raving Fan"!
