  • Beware of deceptive sales practices. I paid a large up front fee for a membership that was promised as $99 reveals every year for life. My renewal just came with premium increased. Turns out the contract has one sentence on a back page that allows them to increase premium. The sales people did not say this when accepting my money. There is no recourse besides spreading the word and refusing to give this company any more $. Online there are hundreds of reports of the same deceptive sales practice and corporate 24 hr does not care. They forget that they need us more than we need them. Do not give money to this company.
