  • I landed at McCarran Monday night from Orlando shivering, with a fever, and feeling like I was going to pass out. I didn't make it to baggage claim after seeing a sign for urgent care. I was taken care of immediately. I was dehydrated and needed an IV. The physicians, Ashkan Sabour & Shane Milligan were really nice and helped me right away. I was feeling better immediately and I was able to get the attention I needed there without going to a hospital. I went home with a prescription and my fever had already gone down. I'm so thankful for them being there and having access to the tools and medication I needed. Thank you guys so much for being so friendly and helpful when I was scared and exhausted. Having this urgent care inside the airport is a life saver. I've been to other urgent cares in town and normally you have to wait a long time and they don't have the best attitude but the physicians here were knowledgeable and comforting.
