  • Stayed here 6 years ago and it was amazing. Stayed there this week what a disappointment. One person working at check in also at times this clerk runs the snack shop. The room had broken tiles, door and was dirty. Found a previous guests sock under the sink and hair and dirt at various locations. Went to the restaurant for dinner and was asked if we had reservations, really? This is the only place to eat nearby that I know of. Seated us hesitantly. Was informed that for this large restaurant they had one cook. The food wasn't bad actually my son loved his dinner. Service was bad. Couldn't get refills on our drinks. The server was rude spouting off about how busy she was. It wasn't even busy was a joke. Called the front desk no answer so I walked out there. Again one clerk working and taking care of the snack shop. Asked for a couple more pillows and towels. We had 2 towels for 4 guests. These never came. Husband went back and complained and 2 pillows arrived. Never got towels until the morning when the husband went out and found some on his own. He bought me a cappuccino and a banana nut muffin and omg. The muffin was old and hard with no expiration date. The cappuccino was like thick tar. These weren't cheap. There was nothing for our 13 yr olds to do. They have a couple of arcade games that are way over priced. They hid the hockey parts in the morning and told them that the air hockey was just for a special event. Next time we go to the mountains we will make it a day trip. Absolutely no access to internet. Was the biggest waste of money and time. This hotel is very beautiful and inviting upon walking in and the restaurant lovely it's sad it could be an amazing place.
