  • This place is a falsely advertised urgent care facility. It should be illegal to label yourself an urgent care facility and then charge emergency room fees. I went in for the flu. Saw a doctor for 5 minutes to tell me "yep, you have the flu, here's a script" ..... $537.00! And I called and asked for an itimized bill so I can see exactly what I was being charged for and there was $243 coded "ER TYPE B LEVEL 2" and $188 coded "PF ER LEVEL 3 PROF FEE" and $106 for the lab to confirm I had the flu. THIS IS NOT RIGHT AND DIGNITY HEALTH SHOULD TAKE THE "DIGNITY" OUT OF THEIR NAME. This is a complete rip-off and they should be ashamed of themselves for what they do to unsuspecting people. I am going to fight this if I can because this is ridiculous!
