  • Came here to redeem a birthday drink. Elyza was unattentive and rude. Went on to tell me they don't accept rewards or allow money to be added to Starbucks account to replenish. Then she turned her back on us and proceeded to chat w co-workers....RUDE...I'd take my one star back if I could. She also got my drink wrong. I'm lactose intolerant so I asked for no whip cream. How can they hire someone so incompetent??
