  • Just walked in with my 83 year old mother yesterday afternoon. Female agent in the back was busy working on her computer, then a hispanic gentleman walked in with some form of payment, and she said "I'll be right with you". After taking care of the gentleman, she went back to her computer and didn't acknowledge us or even introduce herself to us. We waited for a solid 10-15 minutes - no word, just kept plugging away at her computer. She knew we were there because I stood up a few times to make sure she knows that we're still waiting. How rude for potential renters. We wanted to see the 1 bdr floorplans they have openings for...but we walked out after waiting for far too long and not even saying how long she would be. The maintenance guys were very nice and professional - said hello to us every time they walked past us.
