  • Nutshell version: I will spare everyone my very lengthy horror story with this company and simply say: WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Lengthy horror story version: What I thought was a great find was just a headache and a big waste of money. Had a technician come to my home with the intention of using my 3 rooms for $49.95 coupon and ended up spending $100 PLUS a $20 tip!! That's right ladies and gentlemen. After several attempts of him trying to sell me everything he had, he finally got me and up sold me on the "pet stain remover" and "fresh fragrance" at the special price of $100 but ONLY if I tipped him $20. I have to admit I'm the idiot there and it was quickly dismissed with a, "Yeah, sure whatever. Just cleans the carpets." Assuming that my carpets would look somewhat clean by the time I got home. I should have told him to f@&$ off by then but I was frantically on my way to work and desperate to get the dog pee stains out of my carpet. When I got home from work that night I was livid. I went from room to room only to find everything the exact. SAME! Dog pee stains with the pee smell even more potent and high traffic areas still dark as ever. My house smelt like rotten oranges from their special "fragrance". I called the next day to get my money back and I just got the runaround. After literally weeks of calling and getting one excuse after another from them I decided to call it a draw and use it as a lesson learned. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SHITTY COMPANY!
