  • I moved from the northwest of Calgary to the southwest and was thrilled to find this place here. The one near Crowfoot is excellent. This...is not excellent. Starting with a basic gripe about a couple of the snotty kids who perform checkout who will cheerfully stand with their back to you while you wait as they flirt with each other, end ending with a constant out of stock condition on things. I am tired of it. This is probably a easy fix in my opinion, and frankly most of the people who work there are helpful and pleasant, but I don't need it. I am not a big fan of Planet Organic, but at least they don't run out of organic cane sugar for days on end. Update: two months or so later. Lovely new layout, the snotty kid at the till is gone...and the only two things I need are out of stock. I will accept this is my fault for assuming someone works here who might take an occasional look at the empty spots on the shelves and wonder if something goes there. Down to one star. This place can suck it.
