  • We started with this place many years ago, at least ten. Had them Install a salt system. After a year I needed a new chlorinater (part that water goes through and creates chlorine). They sold me one for 500.00. When I got home it was the wrong part! They new the model I needed as they looked it up. They refused to take the part back. I had to have a new system put in again. I should have learned but I did not. In July of 2013 I had a new two speed pump put on. It lasted about 10 months and had to be replaced. Warranty no problem. Now another 10 months and the pump goes out again. Now they refuse to replace, saying you only get one warranty on the original pump! What? The new o e ahould have a new one year warranty. I was told by the young man on the ohine that he had no say In it. He said he would have the manager call or email me and we could discuss it. No call and no email. I have felt for years they dont care about customer service once the sale has been made. The service man who comes out is rude and acts as if you are bothering him if you ask something. I even said I would pay labor to help be fair. I am not the store that sells items that dont last and thr y should be the ones who take up the replacement with manufacturers. I have resigned that I will have to pay for a new pump but Litchfield park pools has made it's last dollar from me. I will go someplace else.
