The top end infused olive oils and balsamic vinegar are paired by the shop keeper to show you how you can have limitless tasty options when serving vinegar and olive dressings. Their are options for everything from a refreshing water Spitzer/ tonic, to toppings for fresh fruit or even ice cream, just amazing! Their are many people out there that need to eliminate salt from their diet usually resulting in a bland diet. Most all condiments contain lots of salt. This is a great way to add healthy, nutritious, and robust flavor to your diet without salt. They also have some specialty oils like black or white truffle oil.
