Update: I had a second appointment for a wobbly door, which worked for a short while. I had to call a tech back for a third appointment. We had crossed messages which resulted in me receiving a bill instead of covered warranty work. Their accounts payable representative reached out to me. I replied back with the history. I'm happy to report that they stick by their warranty statement and cleared the third bill. I'm happy to work with this company in the future as this was a paper error that they very quickly fixed.
