  • It's a horrible store. I wouldn't recommend this store to anybody. I bought a backup camera and installation through geek squad. First of all, it took them ever to get a representative to be able to get me a back up camera at the store. So waited for Atleast 20 mins. Then I got the camera, bought it and scheduled the geek squad installation. Waited more than a month to get it installed. They cancelled my geek squad appointment twice. The second time, they overbooked and when I went to the store they said they don't have me in their appointment list. They absolutely have no idea what they are doing. For refund as well, they didn't know that they had to refund the geek squad payment which I had made. They first said the geek squad refund shud be automatic since it's charged when the service is done. But when I checked my credit card account, they had already charged my card. When I showed this to the rep, he said it was his mistake and then they refunded it. Overall, my experience with purchase and installation of backup camera at this store was horrible.
