| - We came during Sunday Brunch. It was pretty packed. We got seated upstairs, and this was actually my second time here at Terrace. After hearing my parents rave about this place, we decided to go with them and sadly it wasn't the best.
The food was alright, but what really brought our visit down was the service. We literally saw the waitress three times the whole time we were there. Once to ask for drinks, second for the order, and last for getting our bill. Literally no service at all.
The funny thing was that upstairs, you can sort of see what staff is doing... And let's just say our waiter was having her phone out, watching videos, and distracting other waiters of doing their job...seems like having a grand ol' time. I mean, who wouldn't like that? Go to work, only work a little... And then get tipped? I still tipped, but nothing like what I usually tip.
For food, I got the breakfast casserole. I thought it wasn't bad, but felt like it was missing maybe a sauce as it was a little dry on the outside. Maybe a gravy? I don't know. It was missing something I felt. It came with ketchup, but it didn't fulfill what was missing. It came out like a block straight from a casserole dish, which was what I was expecting, but then when you bit into it... it just tasted dry.
