  • I always dread coming here, especially due to the long depressed faces, first thing in the morning. I've tried on several occasions to encourage an upbeat response (by engaging in friendly convo to which I'm lucky if l get more than a slight grunt) from one employee in particular.. but to no avail. This location is such a disappointment both in its distant, unfriendly and miserable looking staff (not to mention no one ever knows if anything is in stock or where and item can be found) and it's constant chaotic state. This store is always a mess.. sadly enough I find myself having to sort things out while I'm on my quest to find one or two books for my kids.. I shouldn't have to but I get so confused with the disorganization here that I have no choice.. then I give up and walk out.. smh!
