This office is absolutely a 1 star! I haven't even had a chance to see the top ENT doctor of the valley, because of his poor choice of office staff especially Jackie the office manager. I called over a month ago to schedule an apt and was scheduled for Aug 3 @ 810. Was extremely happy with the scheduler although they booked me out over a month. My ear began bothering me with extreme pain. I called to see if they could get me in earlier. I was placed on hold for 17 min with a a loud annoying tapping noise over the "we will be right with you" sang to me. I hung up and called back and asked for office manager. I was transfered to Jackie who I asked why I was on hold for 17 min and was forced to listen to an annoying sound. She ignored me and asked what I needed. I told her I needed the answer to why patients are played around. She hung up on me I called two more times as she knew it was me and she hung up. I called amd acted different and got a scheduler. They told me my august apt wasn't even scheduled, and that I had been waiting for three weeks and another month to see a doc that didn't even expect me. They said they would figure it out and call me back. They didn't so 8 AM next morning, I called back and asked for Jackie. The operator sensed my irritation and started negativity back. She placed me on hold to find the office manager in this small facility, for 14 min. I hung up and called back telling her that it is unacceptable for the office manager to not be found in 20 min. Since I couldn't get a hold of the office manager I was going to come see why all this time I thought I had an apt, and why I was being played by Jackie. I was told by the operator that she won't take the threats and hung up on me. An hour later I got a call from Jackie telling me she had called the cops. These phone calls were all recorded and they will be reported to whatever board I can. NOT How you treat patients.
