  • DISAPPOINTMENT to say the least! We purchased a $3000 Leather Sofa and sales staff strongly encouraged us to buy a Protection Plan for an additional $160.00. We were told "The Protection Plan" would take care of any repairs and if the sofa couldn't be repaired that it would be replaced. Here we are one year later with a complete piece of junk that we've have been told isn't covered because it's a manufacturing defect and that the replacement plan is worthless. DO NOT BUY FROM THE DUMP!!! They have not done one thing to help us resolve this problem.
