Staff was incredible and friendly.
Dr. Hugh is a caring doctor that takes the time to explain every detail of the process he goes through. I took my kitty in for a bladder infection, and came out of it with a fixed cat and plenty of knowledge. Among other things, I learned how potassium affects heart arrhythmia, complete with diagrams drawn on a dry erase board. So cool.
The team was professional. I felt Ferdinand (the kitty!) was treated very well and felt as comfortable as possible. At least... as comfy as possible, with someone prodding every orifice you have.
The only downside (and it's barely worth mentioning!) is the traffic during morning/afternoon. The street the location is on turns into a dual-use lane, so you can't easily turn into the location unless you are on the correct side of the road. If you aren't (and I'm not...) you may be driving 1/4 or 1/2 mile further trying to find a chance to turn around. Thanks Phoenix city planners!
Will take my pets back again if I need 10/10.
