  • I am disappointed with the grooming services at Warm Hearts. This is our dog's second time at the groomer here. The first time the service was average but I'd thought I'd give them one more chance. This time, my dog smells worse than when he arrived. They must have sprayed him with some kind of dog perfume and it's horrendous. His tail was not trimmed at all like requested (they didn't trim it the first visit either like I requested). Also I had to wait 25 minutes when I went to pick him up. The groomer did not even come out to discuss the services with me. After two attempts, we will not be returning to the groomer here and do not recommend their services.
