| - New to spinning, I tried out Cyc for a good workout, and I am never disappointed. I go about once a week and am always impressed with the instructors, music, and sweat! It's an incredible workout, the instructors are motivating, and the desk staff are SUPER helpful and nice. About 10 classes later, I am still figuring out some of the moves, but I know I am getting stronger each ride. I wish I could go every day.
Note: be sure to bring a water bottle (they have a filling station), socks (they provide shoes), wear your hair up, and be prepared to SWEAT. I always wear ear protection, since the music is quite loud.
All the instructors are great, and I particularly like Emma and Jake's classes.
