Like many of the other reviewers, I had my issues with Blinds Chalet. Due to some verbiage mistakes on their website, I got a product that was different than I expected. At first, I was told there was nothing they could do for me. But, with some pressing and asking that my issue be taken up a level, they came to me with a way to fix the problem. I'm looking forward to receiving my new blinds.
My advice to other buyers would be to give them a call before ordering and confirm that what you think you're ordering (corded/cordless, any upgrades, color, etc.) is indeed correct. It will save everyone a lot of hassle.
