  • My small dog ingested a pound of dark chocolate. Called this facility and they told me it was an emergency to bring her in. Once I got there, they told me the wait would be two hours. Now I'm not a vet but I'm pretty certain the longer the chocolate stays ingested, the more likely a dog will die. The tech suggested I go to another vet hospital - no kidding - great plan you might have mentioned when I called. That other facility took my dog back immediately. What a waste of an emergency facility and a waste of my time. Another lady waiting was sitting there already for two hours with a dog that dislocated it's hip. If you pet is sick or heaven forbid bleeding, skip this place.
