  • Went with my wife for the first time at this coffee shop early morning on the way to work. Coffee was good, mind boggling varieties and brewing options. But attitude was condescending. Made us wonder if attitude was result of contempt, work culture or we did not fit in. This was more odd and startling as a Asian guy was posturing to another Asian guy in downtown Toronto. The lady at the cashier was cordial and well mannered. Needless to say I plan to go back again and give a piece of my mind if I see the same stance. Establishment take notice and nip such behavior in the bud!!!! I support local establishments but not ones with pathetic customer service.
