  • Terrible experience. They wasted over a month of our time, we were trying to buy a new truck. The month was ladled with lack of communication, poor follow-through, incorrect bid sheets and then when we finally believed that we had everything right, we drove up there to drop off the deposit check only to find that they had a new bid sheet that had a price that was $5000 more. Surprise! They admitted to the mistake, citing that they had given us the incorrect bid sheet initially by using a completely different truck. I wish they would've told us about this before we drove over 30 minutes on a lunch break to drop off the check. They were given multiple chances to make things right, we spoke with multiple managers and basically after a month, we were told that they couldn't lower the price because they wouldn't make any money. One manager was so obnoxious, that I had to ask him to quit cutting me off, raising his voice and being disrespectful.
