  • I called to see if they had a Mini Cooper for sale a few weeks ago and they said yes they had it. Once we drove an hour to go test drive it they said they sold it earlier that morning. I called right before I left around 3. They could have saved us the trip and said no it's sold. It turns out the sale fell through and it was for sale again. I reserved it and then I got a call saying the turbo was bad but they would fix it. Today we went up to drive it after they promised the turbo was replaced with a new one and guess what wasn't fixed. The check engine light popped on three minutes into the drive and the turbo was not working. Once again, had the employees taken three minutes to do their job they could have saved me a lot of time. The salesman even asked if I was mad. Would you be mad if someone repeatedly wasted your time when it could have been prevented had the dealership done their job? I got the deposit back and left. I would never buy a vehicle from this shady establishment and I recommend no one else does either.
