I had never been here before and my wife had visited once before. She got a line of credit and got the card in the mail so we went to see about getting a Christmas gift. We found a bluetooth speaker for sale for 109.00. We took the card and the item to a clerk and then the fun began. They had to enter all the information about the item in manually because the do not have scanners for the bar code. Then they wanted my wives social to enter into the computer for the transaction. This whole process took almost 20 minutes. They also had her sign six different places including a statement that the product was in good order and worked dispite it still being in the box. Then the clerk took all the papers and the product to what I guess was the store manager and then came back and wanted a copy of her DL. We decided that we no longer wanted to make the purchase and the manager took all the papers and torn them up and said Okay. When we asked if the charges would still go through his reply was not until midnight and only if i do not go into the system and cancel them. He did not offer us anything to prove this would happen and were very dismissing of our concerns. I have purchased cars that took less time to run the credit and sign the contract.
