The optometrist was nice but so disappointed with the front desk receptionist, made an appointment for contact lens fitting for a young boy and it will be his first time to wear contact lenses. He needed the fitting lesson with the optometrists. He also needed dilation. Came to the appointment and the appointment was not blocked correctly, optometrist didn't have time to do the fitting lesson. The guy at the front already charged us for the contacts fitting and the lesson before the service was provided. Ended up not having time for a fitting lessons and didn't get a new pair of contacts either. Had to reschedule and got a refund, I didn't understand why they had to charge me first before making sure everything can be done today.
