  • DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! These are the most unprofessional and dishonest people to trust with your car. Here are the sequence of events that occurred. 1-Took my Volvo in for an estimate on body work from an accident and was told that it would take 2 weeks to complete. During this time I stated that there was a screeching sound that started after the accident. I was quoted an initial amount for the body work but was told that there would be a secondary quote once the mechanic was able to look under the hood to determine where the screeching sound was coming from. 2- Days later the second estimate, for the screeching sound, came in at just under 2000 dollars to fix. My insurance carrier immediately issued the second check to cover the cost. 3- 4 weeks later my car had not been touched. By the way, insurance only covers 30 days of rental. The front attendant assured my husband that they would cover all extra daily rental car fees because they had an account with Enterprise Car Rental. 4- 2.5 weeks later my car is now ready for pickup. As soon as my husband drives off the lot, he notices the same screeching sound. My insurance paid for this issue to be fixed, so why is the same issue unresolved? My husband turns around, drives back to the shop and speaks to the mechanic. At this time the mechanic states that he doesn't work on Volvo cars a lot or diagnose them so my husband should take it to the Volvo dealership and find out what the issue is and bring it back and they would try to fix it. 5- My husband takes my car to the dealership, only to find out that the screeching sound was NOT related to the accident. I repeat NOT. We paid out of pocket to fix the screeching sound that Legends received around 1800 dollars to fix(not sure the exact figure). Volvo dealership stated that it doesn't cost 1800 to fix a torque rod, as was billed to my insurance company by Legends. 6- Weeks later, I receive a check from legends for $134 because they weren't able to fix something else that my husband agreed to pay out of pocket because it was not covered by the insurance. 7- I received a bill from enterprise for $350.00 for the remaining 2 weeks + that Legends had my car. Even though they stated that they would cover it. It is unbelievable that these people are still in business. Anyone giving these people decent reviews are probably friends of the owner. I know this is an extremely long review, I just do not want you all making the same mistake we made. It will cost you more in the long run.
