After the rants and raves about this place, I decided it was time to try it out..it's not great but it's not terrible either. It's one of those places that you go to once just to try it out and never have to go back to. Let's do a break down of the experience I'm having as I sit here and eat.
Customer Service: C, I would've given them a D- if the greeter wasn't friendly. I've run out of water on several occasions and our waitress hasn't come to check if we needed anything or if we were doing okay. She has a sour look on her face that screams, "I don't want to be here!"
Food: B-, I've been to several yakiniku places and the food here is average. It consists of plain meats and a selection of self-serve side dishes. (NOTE: We took the all you can eat option)
Restrooms: D-, it was filthy! Just don't go in there if it's not absolutely necessary. It looks torn.
Needless to say, this place isn't all it's cut out to be.
