  • Had an appointment at 2:15, they called me in at 12 to come in early. Apparently the doctor was going to have an emergency in the afternoon and needed to move all the appointments forward. I don't know how you know you're going to have an emergency before it happens??? But that's not my business so I came in at 1245. They had me waiting for 2 hours and called me back at 2:30. 15 minutes after the scheduled time of my original appointment. I didn't even have to come in and wait. Wtf???? Total waste of time. I wasn't the only one, this was happening to a bunch of people and I heard many complaints about this exact scenario. The doctor and staff were nice but they really need to work on their scheduling.
