  • I don't post here often but my experience here rendered it necessary. The front office staff here are flat-out jerks. Anytime you call they sound irritated and are completely inflexible. I had told them several times that I needed an appointment before I went back to school for a teeth cleaning and they acknowledged my request and said they were going to get me in as soon as there was a cancellation. I was left a voicemail the next day saying to call back because they had found an opening for me. I called back within 30 minutes of their call and was told that the void had already been filled. Fine. I decided to call back the next day and see if anything had opened up. They raised their voice on the phone and told me they had already said they would call me. Fine. My sister went in the next day for an exam and as she walked in they told her a spot had opened up for me the next day. She said okay and informed me of it and I told her to go ahead and put me in. She was in her exam and as she walked out she told them thank you, put him in but they told her they put someone else in. Not fine at all. When I called them to tell them that it wasn't right they decided to raise their voice and tell me I should have acted sooner. I could not have possibly acted any sooner. Completely unprofessional and amateur front office. Can't say anything about the quality of their dental work because I will never be going back.
