One it's really pathetic with how it took you guys 9 months to respond to a complaint, and two, had I known that I was gonna be charged a cancellation fee I would've stayed so don't blame this on me for not informing me about your company policies, and three, it wasn't even located near a Wendy's it was located at a Dairy Queen. So way to go for making sure you deeply care about getting all the details for every complaint you guys get.
