Incompetence seems to run rampant among the staff at this gym.
Forewarning, please be sure to come into the gym when you inevitably cancel your membership. I had called to cancel my membership and was met by a staff member who informed me that a 30-day period is in effect upon cancellation so I was to be charged for the current month. Fine and dandy, no problems there. However, to my surprise, I was just charged for this month. I called and was told that cancellations were not serviced over the phone I was supposed to come in physically to cancel my membership. I was also informed there were no notes that I had called to cancel. The staff member I spoke to initially had not informed me of the in-store cancellation policy and I've further been told that I will not receive my refund for this month.
Absolutely terrible.
