  • New all time LOW. LOW, LOW. I just left Francis and sons car wash. I agreed to a car detail for $100. And Christian said he would put two men on the job and the car would be ready in 40 minutes. 50 minutes later I go to check on progress and they had not even started the work. I spoke to Christian again and he admitted the mistake claiming we are only human. I am 75 year old senior citizen with severe COPD and I am on oxygen 24/7. I carry a portable concentrator with a limited battery life. I explained this situation to Christian and to David the manager of the day. Both assured me that my car would be ready in 30 minutes. It was but I get better detailing with the works car wash. When I complained about the poor workmanship I was told that it was my fault they had to rush because of my oxygen. IT IS MY FAULT for trusting Francis and sons to be men of their word and render honest service for $100.00 bucks
