  • Scheduled an appointment for today between 8am-12p. They didn't show up, or call...nothing. When I called them to see if they were running late the girl on the phone had the rudest attitude and basically told me that I could "look elsewhere" for another company that might show up today. UNREAL! Pacific Sales Warranty uses this company for repairs and that's a BIG mistake! Horrible!
