  • This place is unbelievable. I have been a patient of Heather's for several years now and she is fantastic, but this clinic cannot seem to get it together when it comes to office staff. I called and wanted to schedule my mom for a physical and wellness visit. They explained that Heather screens all new patients because to many people wanted narcotics. Fine, I understand, but the only way to fill out the paperwork is by coming in personally, faxing or mailing. I drive 40 minutes to see Heather, I was not about to drive 40 minutes to fill out paperwork. I asked if they could email, but they do not have the ability, is this not 2017, give me a break. It's sad when a clinic has such great providers and such a terrible support staff.
