  • I set up an appointment for them to come to house reference an estimate in installing a gas line for a pool pump. they were supposed to come at noon. they never called to tell me they'd be late or anything. when I later contacted them, they estimated (depending on traffic) that they could be there about 2:30 , roughly 2 and 1/2 hours late. I said No. Makes me wonder what type of job they will do, and how long it will take them, or if will even show up, if can't even call back or show up on time for an estimate. The real irony to all of this is that they call themselves "FAST PLUMBING!" THAT'S A HOT ONE.
