rev:text	Paid to have oil change/tire rotation and removal of a nail in my tire at Infiniti of Scottsdale. I asked the guy as I was getting in the car if they removed the nail as he nodded yes and looked at invoice. Got home, nail was still in tire and tires were NOT rotated! It said on invoice, no nail found. This is the 2nd time they didn't do what they told me they did. They apologized and said the repairman made a judgement call and measured the tread and thought it wasn't bad enough to rotate yet they still charged me. Of course they reimbursed me but UNBELIEVABLE! I guess its a good thing the nail was still in there or I would have never noticed. Makes me want to mark my tires in the future. I will NEVER go back to that dealership again! On another note ... the waiting room is TERRIBLE ... like a loud happy hour for them. Unprofessional. One thing I will say is Chad Ackerman was GREAT! He sold me the car and he was nothing like the rest of the dealership.
