  • George saved the day when Best Buy left my new Thermador oven in the box and in the middle of my sidewalk claiming that schedules got mixed up and their installers weren't available (thanks alot). I didn't know what I was going to do. So, I called an appliance repair shop, and a woman explained that they don't install - but when I asked what she thought I should do, she replied "Oh, you should definitely call George!" - THAT was great advice. An hour later, George pulls up and gets to work. He's methodical and very careful - knows exactly what he's doing - and smiles the whole time. My new stove works perfectly and to top it all off, he was in the perfect position to overcharge, but didn't. Honestly. George is good people!
