| - As I indicated in my last review, I went in to this location several times to get my suit tailored because it was not as slim as I wanted. Each time, I was told that my suit was slim in their eyes and they did not understand why I thought it was baggy. After my third time of trying to explain this , I eventually decided it wasn't worth it and did not come back a fourth time even though I felt like I was wearing one of my dad's suits and never felt comfortable. Then I moved up to Reno, and after still being dissatisfied with two suits I spent almost $1000 on, I decided to try the mens wearehouse up there. Immediately the tailor told me that my suit was too baggy and it needed to be tapered on the legs. I then had to pay for a taper because I hadn't gotten that cut yet, but the suit had to be let out in other areas where they had already made a cut. I have now spent almost $100 extra dollars tailoring my two suits, which were already more expensive than they should have been.
Again, I want to stress that the customer service I received from the employees was spot-on. They went above and beyond to accommodate me every time I came in and were always polite. However, when I said that the suit was too baggy, and their tailor said that the suit was just fine, the employees basically just stood there and let the tailor say that the customer was wrong. I expected more from a Las Vegas location, which I would have assumed understood what a young man in his 20's wants out of a suit.
