rev:text	Ventured here this Sunday morning not realizing it was the opening weekend; was told they had just opened on Tuesday. That being said, they definitely have a few kinks to work out. They prevented customers from using the door on Cactus as an entrance (understandable to help with the traffic flow) but there was no signage indicating where the other entrance door was located. Not a biggie, but a little strange. After finding the sole entrance door, entered to find people standing around and no customer greeter. No seating for those waiting to be seated. Someone eventually walked around and wrote our name on a wait list. The place is "cozy" with several tables and booths closely located. The decor was simple but nice. Loved the glass garage door which I'm sure they'll open during appropriate weather. Also noticed they had outdoor patio seating as well. Only waited 10-15 minutes for seating, which was pretty good considering how busy they were. Here's where things start to fail... I ordered the signature "Oink Omelet" and the other 2 in my party ordered the pancake combo. Not sure what was happening in the kitchen but they will definitely need to work on expediting. The waitress was nice but not very attentive. For example, we asked for straws several times to no avail. A young lady from the culinary school providing samples of their baked items was kind enough to finally retrieve some straws. The waitress, understandably, looked a bit overwhelmed. From my seat, I would see into the kitchen and see that things were somewhat amiss. After our orders were taken, we had to wait at least 45 minutes for the food to arrive. The "Oink Omelet" consisted of 5 (yes, 5) eggs, sausage, ham and cheese... hehehe.. definitely an "oinker" and came with hash browns (or home fries) and toast (or english muffin). I have to admit that was a very tasty omelet. However, the pancake combos were not very impressive and almost reminded me of IHOP or Denny's. However, I was told the pancakes were somewhat tasty but could have been better and the applewood bacon was good. After all is said and done, I would still give this place another try again after they have been open for a while and get the kinks out...
