  • If you are touring the Hoover Dam, YOU HAVE TO EAT HERE!! Just 20 miles from Vegas. They take food to a whole new level. A must is the pork chili verde. The waitress informed us this dish is what they're known for. I only found out later when I looked up the recipe that they had been featured on Diners, Dives, and Drive-Ins on the Food Network. We also shared the lunch special, a tuna melt on grilled sourdough bread with jalapeno peppers, served with fried pickles. Amazing!
