  • I had a free haircut and blow dry offer from house seats. To start off, I was texted the morning of my appointment to delay the time by 15 mins. When I got to her salon cubicle, she still wasn't there. Although Gwen took an hour to cut my hair, she was constantly distracted by other clients who had been double booked and we're waiting. I wasn't sure if it was the new yorker in her or what but she kept criticizing my hair throughout the appointment and kept wanting to sell me random products. At the end she made a huge deal about the tip and kept hinting for more which I thought was very unprofessional. I was not impressed. Hair cut was marginally mediocre, and I wasn't too happy about the sanitary conditions of her tools. Her brushes were wrapped in hair and none of her cutting tools were sanitized. Skip this offer, save your time!
