  • I thought I had asked for organic bug treatment, so when I realized that I received an organically "derived" treatment instead, I was pretty upset and frustrated. I contacted Ben and he was very professional and patient throughout our entire conversation. He apologized for the misunderstanding and even credited my account. Later he sent me an email not only with more written information on their product so that I can more fully understand what ingredients they use, but he also kindly sent my initial recorded conversation in which I did not actually ask for "organic" pesticide. So, thank you Ben for setting the record straight. I still would have opted for the 100% organic treatment had it been offered to me initially (at least for the interior). Chad was the representative that came to my home. He was pleasant, polite and efficient and overall offered great customer service! Because of your professionalism, patience and willingness to clear up this misunderstanding, I am happy to change my review. Thank you ~
